Have you been able to solve the problem yet? I don’t see anything on your website (and it still uses Bricks 1.12.1)…
Usually, something like this happens because of an unclosed tag.
Your screenshot is very strange, though, because the footer is above #brx-content, for example, and appears twice

I’m using the latest Bricks version, but I haven’t been able to solve the issue yet. The problem appears in different places and on various pages, including headings, rich text, basic text, query loops and other elements.

For example, in the first screenshot, the enqueued scripts for that specific page are wrapped in two <strong> tags. In the second screenshot, the image section in the footer is also wrapped in <strong>, but only on that page, on other pages the footer loads normally.
I’m still investigating what could be causing this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
