Hi! As per my question here How to set a element style based on a custom field value?

1. Is this code still the way to do this in 2025, or is there a way to achieve this kind of thing with the Bricks UI?
2. If PHP is still needed, is there a better place to put the snippet than the functions.php file using the current version of Bricks (1.12.2)?
