SOLVED: «Show info» in video element has no effect

The video element offers the parameter “Show info” when “Source” is set to “YouTube”.

According to my experience, this parameter has no effect.

And according to the official documentation, the “showinfo” parameter is depracated since 2018:

(Make sure to use the English documentation – the German version has not been updated since 2014.)

Hi @martin.sauter,

thank you for your report. Yeah, according to the docs, it’s deprecated and it is ignored if passed. I created a local improvement task to remove this control.

It seems we neglected to update this topic, but the “show info” control was removed quite a while ago.
