Sorry, maybe I misunderstood your issue.
You just need to select in the dropdown the name of your template that corresponds to your template. Otherwise the default one will appear.
What dropdown are you referring to? I included the screenshot of âCustom authentication pagesâ to show they were all set to default status so all things being equal, the second screenshot should be what appears on â/my-account/â when a user is logged out, but this appears instead:
Thank you for the suggestion, however that did not fix the issue. Also, regardless of what endpoint is set, the My Account - Login template should appear at â/my-account/â when a user is not logged in and it is still not.
My Account is not a native Wordpress (it is if you are using Woocommerce) or Bricks endpoint, so you are then creating it. If it is for non-logged in users, so the login username and password fields are visible, then you need to change the Login option above to reflect that page you create. Having it set to default wonât work.
Thank you to further reply, I was not available.
Not a problem â we work together as a team (different times zones). ![]()
Thank you for the reply, however the issue persists after trying your solution.
Sorry to be so direct, but you do need to provide ALL the proper information, you failed to let us know that you are using Woocommerce â I can see that you are using Woocommerce and not just a page called /my-account/.
You are using the wrong approach, as I mentioned above, Woocommerce has itâs own my-account page and that is then control via the templates. You can read about it here. WooCommerce Account Builder â Bricks Academy
Woo Login, Register, etc are all controlled with templates, not the settings area.
So just as an fyi, this is not a BUG.
Thanks for the reply. Apologies for misleading you like that. I read the article you linked before posting. Letâs start over because I still have questions.
Iâve created a Bricks template type âWooCommerce - Account - Loginâ. Where can I expect to see that template content when visiting the website as a logged off user? I was expecting it to populate the âMy Accountâ page, however a different template appears (default WooCommerce).
No worries â it is good that we are on the same page here. Yes, Woocommerce can be a bit more work, but once you get the hang of it, it is easy.
Stay with me here as I am going to do up a little video showing how to set it up the way you are needing. This way you can getting the small little changes. Stay tuned, brb.
Ok, here we go. In this video I will show you a mockup that I have that used a custom login (like you are wanting to do) and a custom Woocommerce Dashboard. Have a watch and I think this will jhelp get you were you need to be.
If you have any question, please let us know.

Thanks for the video and the effort. Just an FYI - Iâm not a beginner.
Do me a favor - as a user click âLog Outâ from your WooCommerce My Account Dashboard front end and tell me what template content you see. Because when I do, I see the native/default WooCommerce login form. No tabs - just a side-by-side Login/Register form. I donât see the Bricks WooCommerce Login template Iâm supposed to see. In testing, no combination of any Bricks/WordPress/WooCommerce settings fixes it.
My apologizes, I didnât mean to imply you were a beginner.
As for the logout, when I do that, it takes me back to I am looking at my dashboard.
You can see when I log out that !!! that I did in the previous video, which indicates I am seeing my Login template.
One question â I see you are using Cloudfare â so I wonder if there is a caching issue happening?
Can you give some screen shots of your Woocommerce Login template?
Good call on the Cloudflare cache. I cleared it, but that did not fix the issue. Iâve included screenshots of the template previously in this chat, however hereâs another. The Woo Account Login template Iâm trying to get to work is just the Bricks wireframe âWoo Account Login 01â with a custom heading element with the text âtestâ placed above the tabs element. I even placed the basic text elements with the Woo do_action hooks before and after.
The Dashboard template works fine. Try registering. Let me know what you see. Hereâs the template which doesnât work yet.
Ok, here we go again. So I think the problem is the template type mapping. I know you showed me the template, but my mistake, I was referring to the page under your templates so I can see that it is mapped properly.
But in this video I go through step by step the exact setup you have and all works for login, logout, and the proper template showing up. Also, sorry if there are some crackles, my mic was banging into my hoodie. =]

Let me know.
Hi @mannmade ,
Please first check if the âMy Account pageâ is âRendered with Bricksâ
Example:
Secondly, edit the âMy Accountâ page with Bricks and ensure the âAccount - Pageâ element is there.
Also, ensure your template type is âWooCommerce - Account - Loginâ and itâs status is publish.
If the above configurations are correct, but still unable to see your custom Login template rendered, kindly use your purchased license email to send admin credentials to help@bricksbuilder.io (Include this forum thread URL as a reference)
Regards,
Jenn
