For the new convert and wrap options these buttons look off (all other plugins deactivated)
They’re fine in the structure panels context menu

Yes. I can confirm this.
I saw the same on my Woo Template. But, not all Woo templates. I only see this on my Woo Single Product template. The rest of them look default.
