The ACF fields are not pulled into pages like this one.
When I am logged in, everything is fine.
I am able to pull the Archive Description field, so I am a littele confused

It is a text field
a WYSIWYG field
and an image (for the hero)
And the location rule is Taxonomy > equal to > “Videoserie” - a custom taxonomy to the post type
Hmm… I’ve tried to recreate the issue, but I can’t

Thanks a lot for the login data!
The issue is related to the “Advanced Custom Fields: Extended” Plugin, which throws some errors in the builder. After disabling, everything shows as expected. Can you confirm? Don’t forget to clear the cache after disabling it.
Which of your fields are ACF Extended fields (if any)?

I have used hours om that s…t. 
And could have asked you.
It looks as if I can see the dynamic content both logged in and out.
Only thing is that an Option Post Type is gone with ACF Extended.
It is for the Settings of a lot of Fields on the Homepage.
But thats easy to move to another Loctation Rule
