SOLVED: <a> tag not working anymore in form after update

Ciao,

after updating Bricks the link I have in my form is not rendering anymore like before.

I can confirm that this also happened on the forms on my site.

I suspect it’s a 2.3.12 bug, so I’m going to try to roll back to 2.3.11 until a fix is issued.

I resolved by moving the html part to an html field and a bit css to do the inline display.

Nice to hear it was a bug and a the fix will come

i have this on atleast 50 sites :slight_smile:

Just keep the websites on 2.3.11 in this case, and all should be fine with next update :slight_smile:

I’m experiencing the same issue with a GDPR checkbox in Bricks 2.3.12. The<a> tag in the checkbox option is no longer rendered as a link on the frontend, while it worked correctly in 2.3.11.

We’ve addressed this in Bricks 2.3.13, now available as a one-click update in your WordPress Dashboard.

Safe HTML in form labels and checkbox options, including privacy-policy links, now renders correctly again.

Please read the changelog entry before updating, and let us know if you experience any issues.
