Looking around here, there seems to be little concensus about how to do a multi-lingual site with Bricks. WPML appears to be the favourite of the developers and integration is being worked on.
But, is WPML a solution now already?

WPML is currently up “Next” on the Roadmap, but it has been for over a month.
Bricks haven’t communicated an estimated time when this feature will be released.

WPML isn’t my favorite. It’s slow and buggy.
Take a look to polylang. 
That should already work (maybe with some flaws - I didn’t use it yet with bricks)
