On actual mobile devices, swiping items from Slider works but pagination bullets are not moving.

Welcome to the Bricks forum and thank you for your post.
I see that you are encountering this issue while using Bricks 1.1.3. I have tested this issue in the latest version of Bricks 1.2.4 and the pagination bullet points are reflecting the active slide accordingly.
May I kindly ask you to test this again using the latest version and let me know if you are still encountering this issue. If you are, please let me know what device type, OS and browser this issue is occurring in.
