Hi @Ferry yes the Meta Query is the way to go, thank you. I have an ACF datepicker field event_date_end that I used. ACF outputs dates in YYYYmmdd format. So any event with an end date greater than the current date is removed from the loop. Thanks to Jenn with Bricks Support for helping me with the details. This should help someone else.
