This is solved. How to do it with a single post template - for example for a CPT called services:

  1. Create your template
  2. Make sure to add a Post Content Widget in the appropriate space and select Data Source “Bricks”
  3. Assign condition for Post Type Services
  4. Check that in your Bricks General Settings the “edit with Bricks” Switch is turned on
  5. Go and edit your individual services happily while your template applies.

Easy and no code after all. :wink:
