NO BUG: Unable to add Custom Font in Bricks - All the settings are gone after save

When trying to add a new Custom font in the font manager, then save it, when reopen the font, all the settings are gone, please check the video.

Thanks so much for your report!

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue (tested in two installations).

  • Does it happen in every 2.4 beta installation, or only this specific one?
  • Have you tried it in a fresh installation / without active plugins?
  • Are there any console errors visible?

Thanks for te reply @timmse , I think you are right, I was not able to reproduce the issue on another installation.
I think itā€™s a hosting problem, because somethings I have a 408 error, Request Time-out, This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ā€˜Connection Timeoutā€™.

So something is blocking Bricks Somewhere to create those Fonts

So I will deal with that.

Okay, thanks for the feedback. Iā€™ll mark the thread as NO BUG for now. It seems like it might be related to the setup or server. Take a look at Bricks Ā» System Information to see if there are any entries there that arenā€™t ā€œgreenā€ (i.e., yellow or even red).

Also, check for console errors and the PHP server logs. There might be some hints as well.
