The transition seems to work in the bricks editor but it’s not in the frontend (cache disabled) and it’s glitchy.

I’ve changed it to the standard settings but i have now reverted back so the glitch is visible again.

Is it happening even with the wp admin bar disabled?
Yes, in the editor it’s working, frontend and backend (preview) fails.
Unfortunately, I still can’t see the problem

@Digitalfastmind try adding an overflow: hidden to your brxe-header.
@timmse you have disabled scrollbars, don’t you? maybe you are on os x with the apple mouse?
Solved - Basic troubleshooting but it’s a conflict with the accessibility plugin
