Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue. Please deactivate all plugins and see if Photoswipe is still loaded. If used on a page, the markup of the Bricks lightbox also looks slightly different.
We had this report a while ago, which might be similar: SOLVED: Photoswipe Library is loaded even if lightbox is disabled aslong a lightbox ID is set
