NO BUG: My animations are not smooth on chrome

Hi,
I have an animation that is smooth in safari but when it comes to chrome it is choppy and does not work properly. It is the animation for the section “Photographie”. The URL is biwou.com.

If anyone could help me out with figuring what this issue is about I would really appreciate it thanks!
