Is this a bug? I don’t remember this before. It says Icon under the Image settings on Theme Settings

So, that section is just to set the icon and its settings for linked images?
I want to set a default border-radius for all my images, where can I do that?
Yup, you’re right.
Regarding the border radius: it’s not available in the theme styles but you can either create a class and set it there (then add the class to images that need it). Or you can add some global custom CSS if you’d like to apply it throughout the entire website.
