NO BUG: Dynamic Text Not Accepting HTML Tag

Edit: Apparently new users can only embed one image, so I will try to add the other images in the comments.

When applying a Paragraph HTML Tag to dynamic text, it creates a separate P tag and does not receive the applied styles.

Example:
I have dynamic text that is pulling from a category description. It does not receive the CSS styles applied because it creates a separate P tag for the text, and a blank P tag for the styles.

Here is how I have it setup with a style called lede-p. Also, you can see how it renders in the second screenshot. It creates the P with the class but no text, then adds another P below that with the dynamic text.

That did the trick! Thanks!

Not sure if this is a bug or expected behavior so I will leave this open for now.

this dynamic tag is the same as this one in php.
If you look, it will also be wrapped in a p tag.

Hi, Welcome to the forum!
As already mentioned, it’s the expected behavior and therefore not a bug
