NO BUG: Builder doesn't load properly

Hello,
i have built a hole website with bricks. Now I wanted to do the last steps but now I can’t use the bricksbuilder. When I open the builder, the preview, many icons and some properties don’t load. Also when I reload the preview or the hole page. I have already switched the device to my I-Pad (IPAD-OS 16, Safari) but the problem was still there. When I look at the site it is shown properly.

I went back my last few steps and have now found out that I need to disable CSS and JS concatenation and minification again for the builder to work properly. (function of WPOtimize)
