Missing Webfont Loading Method

If I choose to use Webfont Loader (JS) why can I not then change my mind and choose the External option? Once I select Webfont Loader (JS) the dropdown then disappears.

NO BUG: Webfont loader issue

If you choose settings->webfont loader - the menu option disappears and you can’t change your mind. Reported in Dec23 but never answered.
