I have 2 post types. Imagine Books and Authors. I would like to have a relationship between the two so you can see an author and all the books by that attached to the author post.
I’d also like people be able to click a button saying ‘add a book to this author’ and create a book post which is attached to the author without the poster having to create the relationship. E.g when they click add a book to the author, it will carry the author post ID to the new book in a hidden field, query string or similar?
I’ve done it before but I just can’t solve it this time.
Not sure where to ask but any bricks / ACF gurus that can help, I’ll pay.
