List Styling Changelog - Mobile/tablet

Hi,
The list CSS styles on the main Bricks website on smaller viewports need a bit of TLC - the list items seem to mash into each other Changelog in particular which a lot of users will reference needs some tidy up in terms of line spacing and margin.
