Keep my old theme

Hi,

I’d like to activate Bricks Builder and start using it without changing my current theme right now.

Basically, I want to begin by using Bricks to create new pages and edit some existing ones, and later switch to Bricks as my main theme.

Is that possible? Because I’ve already uploaded the main theme and the child theme, activated the child theme to validate the license, then switched back to my old theme. And the “Bricks” tab has disappeared from my dashboard.

Hi @builder and welcome to the forum :partying_face:

Because Bricks is a theme, and you can’t have two themes activated at the same time, this is not possible.
The best way is to create a staging website and start working on the Bricks there. Once you finish, you bring it to the staging site to live.
