# IMPLEMENTED: Large amount of unneeded json data in source view

**Bricks Version** : 1.5.7

I don’t think this is a real “bug”, more like an optimization issue. Bricks produces very clean HTML code, which is excellent! But in the “bricks-scripts-js-extra” section there seems to be an unnecessary amount of json data that references “mapStyles”. I suppose it’s about styling embedded maps. Maybe this should be only included if a map is being used on the site, or have an option in the settings that could be turned on or off.

I checked several sites made with Bricks and it seems to be always part of the source code.

It’s not a big deal, I just mention it, because otherwise Bricks is very well optimized.

We will look into it at some point, but as you say, it’s not as crucial as one or the other feature/improvement.
