I have a form with checkbox for subscribe to newsletters. In Bricks I defined it this way, but in code there is no value nor name (values of parameters are different to be sure what’s in the code):

The “Value” needs to match one of the options that you provide. In this case, it should be “Subscribe to newsletters”:
But regarding the “Name”, you’re right it’s not taking effect so I have recorded this in our internal bug tracker.

We’ve added this improvement in Bricks 1.10 beta, now available as a manual download in your account (see changelog).
Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.
As with any beta release, please do not use it on a production/live website. It is only meant for testing in a local or staging environment.
