Where can we rename components group ? I do not find any edit button if I want to rename them, or reorder them.

As far as I know you can’t rename or reorder Component Categories.
What you can do is create a new Category with the name that you want and put all the Components under the old Category in the new Category. Once there are no more Components under the old Category it will just disappear from the Categories list.
