How to focus a form field when a offcanvas/popup opens?

Hi community

I have a Live search in offcanvas. I want to enable the keyboard or actually focus it on mobile when the offcanvas opens. This was the default behavior before but we could disable it. But now it doesn’t work. Any ideas?
