Header and Footer And Elements Broken After Update

There was no space between header and footer now white space is appearing in whole site.

It is not happening on homepage just when I click on post I can see whitespace

There was no space in the two containers but after the update space was created automatically between containers.

Do you have any margins set inside themestyles>general>container root margin?

@Michael I think bricks has deleted the default margin, Now all elements had to design again.
