Is it possible to re-order (as in manual drag and drop re-ordering) media / posts using the HappyFiles plugin?
I don’t know if happyfiles can do this. There are plugins that can.
This is one of the re-oder posts plugins. Not sure if happyfile is supported. There are more.

I know about Post Types Order.
It is pretty clunky when you have a lot of images / posts to work on.
