for me its not clear, where the width of the container is defined. Width is empty, but its set to some value, are these default values set somewhere?
Also in Tablet-View the container is 100% but the width-settings are empty.

Those settings are located under theme styles: Theme Styles – Bricks Academy
You’ll find the appropriate setting under “Elements - Container”. Defaults to 1100px
If you’d like to change it only for a single section, you will find the setting “width” within the layout tab of the according container. (As shown in your screenshot)
