As @aslotta mentioned, this was already reported. So to keep reports in only one topic, I’ll mark it as a duplicate and close it.

WIP: Rich text: add media button has no functionality

Found what appears to be a bug with 1.10. On a test site I installed on, have a rich text component on the front page that contains an image and it was full width and not respecting the wrap around I had within the editor. I could not really do anything with the image and it appears that the ‘add media’ option does not work anymore either.
