NO BUG: Bricks builder not loading in 1.7 beta (with OxyProps, BricksProps)

Bricks Version: 1.7 beta Browser: Chrome / Edge /Firefox OS: Windows URL: (local site) While testing out the 1.7beta on a local install I had come across this issue two times so far.
