WIP: Ctrl + Z erases the whole code

Bricks Version: 1.4
Browser: Firefox
OS: Windows

Inside the CSS code element under the Style tab, you write a whole lot of code, and just click on Ctrl + Z even once, the whole code is getting erased. Yes, you can bring it back with Ctrl + Shift + Z, but shouldn’t Ctrl + Z remove just the last word / character?

The same problem occurs with the custom code element. The Ctrl + Z goes one step back in history rather than deleting only the last word/character.

Thanks.

Hi Khan,
Thanks so much for your report!

The issue has already been reported. We have fixed the issues on Canvas, but we are still working on the Settings Panel and the Code Editors.

Best regards,

Wonderful, mate. Thanks.

P.S.: Sorry I reported an existing issue.

Hi @timmse,
Any update on this?

It’s fixed in 1.5, @yankiara. I have not experienced it with 1.5.

Did you try?

Forgot to mention it was in text input fields in other elements, like text, heading, button…

Seems fixed in code block, though.
Actually a bit too much, since CTRL-Z doesn’t work anymore in code element language input field  (but it’s OK, no offense)
