# BricksSync 1.2-alpha launched - Individual Components and Direct transfer support added!

**BricksSync 1.2 Alpha is now available!**

This update brings two big changes I’m really excited about:  
**Expanded Components** and **Direct Transfers**.

BricksSync already supported components behind the scenes, but in 1.2 they’ve been brought front and center — with a dedicated Components tab and full import/export controls.  
You can now manage components individually or in bulk, with name-based identity to avoid ID conflicts across sites, plus a new manifest for easy tracking.

And then there’s **Direct Transfers** — you can now send templates, settings, and components **directly between websites**. No need to export and upload files anymore. BricksSync handles it all and reports exactly what was imported, updated, or skipped.

This is still an **alpha release** , so I’d really appreciate your feedback if you try it out.
