Hi team,
Currently, Toggle light/dark appears in the toolbar if there is at least one dark color in the color manager. This logic causes the Toggle light/dark to be displayed even on pages where the dark color is not used, and it will not be practically useful.
But it would make more sense if Toggle light/dark was only displayed if the dark color was used on that page.
