Background images on sections won't load when ACFE is active

When I have ACFE (Advanced Custom Fields Extended) enabled, my dynamic background images are not shown.

I have created an ACF image field that is attached to my pages, and using dynamic data this is used as the background image on a section.

When I have ACFE activated the background image shows to me (as a logged in Admin) but does not appear to visitors.

It works completely fine when I deactivate ACFE but that is not an ideal solution.
