Alternative to 'wpcodebox.com' as used in Kevin Geary Page Building 101

I’m going through PB101 and the suggested app for tokenizing (I believe that’s what tokenization is what it is called?) is wpcodebox.com. Seems quite important to get into the habit of tokenization. Is there a cheaper alternative to this? I’m just building 1 or 2 sites for myself so it seems a bit much to pay the $120 (they advertise a $69 solo version but don’t actually allow you to buy it, strangely).

CSS variables (for some reason Kevin calls them tokens) can be created in many locations and you do not need an extra tool. Common places to create global variables are a) child theme file b) Bricks, Settings, Custom Code c) Bricks global variables manager just released in 1.9.8-beta.

It sounds like you are new to Wordpress and Bricks. I would recommend to learn vanilla Bricks and learn vanilla CSS before adding tools to speed up development.

Hi Nora,

Thanks for your reply. Indeed, I’m a new to this all. I will take your advice!

I also wanted to buy WPCodeBox trusting @digitalgravy judgment. I ran into the same problem as you.
I wrote to support and they said the other offers will be available in a week or two

I am amazed.
